So did some research, and windows found a corrupt driver! Ran Command Prompt as administrator, and inputted sfc /scannow Windows then completed this scan displaying it found a corrupt driver, and repaired it I looked into the log file it created, and this was at the bottom 2024-01-04 19:54:46... -

Using a spare empty USB stick, I used the windows installation media to download windows onto the USB to boot from.
