It started the second day I got this laptop, its been almost a week since i got this now. It doesn't stay that way, once I refresh the page is okay

Can I upgrade my control centre, like to version 2.0 or 3.0?

I got my proteus viii today, which has an rgb keyboard. On the laptop, the control centre version 1.0 was downloaded, even though I can get effects like heartbeat, I really effects like the ripple effect and the wave effect. How can I get it?
