Why not make additional section for building servers?
ASUS has some good server motherboards but you don't stock them.
Also you could provide win server os's + CAL licenses. That would be much more comfortable for small business than volume licensing.

I've never used MS servers before and I'm wondering if I can expect any issues with this setup:
It will run Windows Server 2008 Standard R2 with about 25 clients in AD. It will be mainly File Server with optional database running on it in the future.
