I have a Clevo W350ST with windows 8.1 installed and i purchased this from Pc specialist over two years ago. It has been running fine up until recently, where i keep on getting explorer.exe crashes.
I have analysed these crash dumps and every single one has pointed to devrtl.dll...
Pcs have sent me a hotkey update (7.0026),that was supposed to fix my brightness,but i still can't adjust my brightness.As above i am using windows 7 and an optimus 5 w350st.Has anyone got a working hotkey update?.I am getting fed up with this.
Hi,as mentioned in previous threads i have managed to flash my bios with an update thanks to sparky,so now the fan is quiet.I've noticed that people have been talking about the hotkey brightness fix for windows 7 users.
Can anybody send me this?,i have emailed support but yet to receive a reply...

I am trying to install the via audio driver,supplied by pc specialist but i am presented with the unsigned driver warning.Like this...

I have the w350stq/w370st and according to cpu-z my bios is american megatrends,and dated 04/11/2013.Is there an update for it?,as i have been to the clevo site and can't find anything regarding bios updates.

I have bought a laptop from pcspeciaist which is a w350t,complete with an i7 m800mq and gtx 765m.Initially i had to ask for a windows 7 usb thumbstick to be sent with as the cd supplied was for windows 8.
I have installed everything which is working fine except the brightness doesn't adjust...
