This recently happened to me - you'll receive an email right away if your mobo is out of stock (before the building phase). Often it's a simple job to add a sub-order. It took me 3 minutes while on the bus to swap out to my second choice.

Windows is fairly easy to install from your own flash drive - many easy youtube tutorials online. I am not nearly as qualified as others on this forum but they may well suggest a better PSU for the other components you've picked, especially if longevity is your goal!

For anyone interested, I've spoken to PCS support this afternoon who have advised 4-6 week lead times for 3060s, but they do currently have limited stock in-house meaning a number of orders will be fulfilled before they run out again. Whether that's you depends on your position in the queue...
