Can't seem to find the Strix X570 in the drop down configuration menu - only the Strix B550 which I believe to be slower (older?) Happy to pay a bit more for better board - should I wait for more stock?

Need to retire my old PC in order to use Oculus Quest 2 VR with my iRacing Rig.
Monitor is Oculus Quest 2 VR running at a maximum resolution of around 1832 X 1920 (per eye so I've been told?) with a refresh rate of 80 or 90Hz. In game with medium settings I hope to hit a max of around 90 FPS...
