I am stupid, I forgot entirely that I had a small bluetooth adapter. Have now plugged it in and downloaded the driver and all is working! Thanks for your reply!

Last night I installed Windows anew on a new SSD drive. Afterwards everything was working fine, however I no longer could use bluetooth on my PC. I tried installing Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® version 22.240.0 which I downloaded from the Intel website, however i'm not sure it did...
