When powering on my Genesis IV laptop, whether plugged in or not, nothing happens and the battery indicator turns green and blinks twice before going back to normal. I'm not sure what kind of fault it is trying to indicate - any help would be appreciated.

I noticed that the Genesis IV BIOS contains a setting to load an EFI shell (not that I know what that means, but the letters are similar :D ). Does it support UEFI booting from the SSD, though? If it does, could someone please explain how to enable it. Thanks :)
