    PCSPECIALIST Older PCS laptop battery

    I have a laptop inherited from my sister in law which will need a battery replacement. The only detail I have is the order number of 705707. Are you able to ident the spec of the laptop and importantly identify the battery and its cost etc? Paul B

    PCSPECIALIST TPM update required

    Happy with the above narrative/solution BUT my current TPM is at 4.32. What should I do? Cheers

    PCSPECIALIST TPM says it requires an update after upgrading to the April update 1803.

    PCSPECIALIST 17.3 Cosmos laptop bios

    How can I access the bios for boot options on the above laptop? I've tried f1, f2, f3, f4, Del, f8, escape, both enter keys. I see the pcs logo on start up then goes straight to windows logo screen etc I want to boot from USB or cd drive. Tia Paulbid
