The VAT number was on the invoice. Appently the EORI is the 'IE' + the first 7 digits of the VAT number. In fact it is the exact same number https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/dds2/eos/eori_validation.jsp?Lang=en&EoriNumb=IE3387097KH&Expand=true

I can confirm this is the case. Received my order today (Ireland) with no additional VAT or custom duty charges.

It does look to be a Fedex issue. Assuming you ordered from the PCS '.ie' domain. Your and my order should have the same paper work for shipment to Ireland. Not sure if this is of help but this is the route of my package. PCS Shipment information sent to FedEx LEEDS GB Picked up...

My orderd was dispatched 2 days ago and has arrived in Dublin, so should get it by Monday. Looking at the transit history it looks to have went via Stansted to Charles de Gaulle. Back to Stansted and then Dublin.

I'm just aferming the orginal posters experience. It does annoy me that my account was banned.

Your sales team unbanned me.... so was i banned. It just goes to the original post about harsh moderation. Just say it and move on.
