    PCSPECIALIST 1440p Monitor suggestion

I just posted this in another post " For 1440p gaming I just brought an LG 27GP850-B, my monitor is quite close (77cm to be precise) so I thought the 32" would be too close. I however did order a 32GP850 too to try out. Both are great - but for me the 32" being that close was too big. Pairing it...

    PCSPECIALIST Need recommendations for monitor.

For 1440p gaming I just brought an LG 27GP850-B, my monitor is quite close (77cm to be precise) so I thought the 32" would be too close. I however did order a 32GP850 too to try out. Both are great - but for me the 32" being that close was too big. Pairing it with an old machine for now, just...

    PCSPECIALIST £1800 to £2200 2k build advice

So my LG 27GP850 monitor arrived today - which I am ‘trying out’ before I order my 4070TI build. I have gone from a 24” 1080p (used with a 1660 super). Trying to get my head around if I will send it back and go bigger (I read 27” is the sweet spot for 1440p but am now too sure myself). Also...

Looks like I am good to go then - exciting times. Have already picked up a monitor at an ok price (LG 27GP850), monitor stock is hard to find at the moment.

    PCSPECIALIST £1800 to £2200 2k build advice

I am aware, I was making the point of why I would continue with my GPU (I meant Nvidia not Intel) - brain fart moment. Thanks.

    PCSPECIALIST £1800 to £2200 2k build advice

Thanks for the reply, and it is noted. I have in mind DLSS3 for the 4000 card which should make a real difference. I think I will stay Nvidia. I will certainly look at the SSD, I am planning on using my old 2 x 1TB Samsung 860 EVO SSD's. But can see I should improve the NVME to maybe 1TB. Also...

    PCSPECIALIST £1800 to £2200 2k build advice

That's noted - and I have that at the back of my mind. In case I do want to irrational and go ahead sooner - any thoughts on the compatability of this build? Thanks

PCSPECIALIST Configuration for high end Video Editing and Game Playing (Flight Sim 2020)

Wiht MSFS in mind you can see by looking at numerous You Tube Videos that it does benefit from DLSS, specifically DLSS3 (RTX4000 series cards only). With the 4000 series cards in mind I have seen some people get double the frame rates - although that example was with a 4090. People have been...

Nope - I was going to and then life problems got in the way. I am hoping the same doesn't happen this year (last famous words).

    PCSPECIALIST £1800 to £2200 2k build advice

I would much appreciate advice on the following build , I will be mainly playing games, and have Flight Simulator specifically in mind. I do want to go down the Intel route, and have existing extra SSD's to use. In terms of the Motherboard I was looking for the Asus Prime with WIFI (but can't...

PCSPECIALIST NEW Gaming PC build - £1800+ budget - Flight Simulator / RTS's

Thanks for the feedback, have seen some other monitor reviews and your suggestion of Gigabyte M27Q makes really good sense. Noted ref the motherboard - will check out the audio on that. I must say I am a little nervous about getting a 'cheap' Windows key, so transferring the license makes...

PCSPECIALIST NEW Gaming PC build - £1800+ budget - Flight Simulator / RTS's

I am finally have to change my PC after 8 or 9 years, I use it mainly for gaming. I plan to play at 1440p - and mainly focus on simulations. and RTS's. I really want to get into Flight Simulator which I know is resource heavy. Thoughts on the following specification would be much appreciated...
