    Have reinstalled the driver but still no luck. Cursor still just keeps freezing.

    I have had issues where the cursor keeps freezing and unable to use trackpad unless it tap it to turn it off and back on. I have just been given the advice below by tech support go into 'Tech support' -> 'Downloads' and reinstall this file 09_SERIALIO_W10.zip lets see if that works

    Having similar issues have logged it with support waiting for a reply. Friend suggested it could need a driver being reinstalled. I seem to have to turn the trackpad off and back on and it seems to work!
