Hi,
Still having this issue regularly.
I have tested audio on the monitor, I hear the beeps. Stream audio works fine when I set it to use monitor 1 but audio from game launchers refuses to work.
I have reinstalled audio drivers, nVidia drivers and monitor drivers
Desperate for a solution to...
Yeah that's what I have to do every time I reboot my PC as it never remembers what I have selected previously. I need to know if there is a way to save it so it remembers.
Hi,
I have dual monitors set up on my PC and I'm having annoying audio issues.
Monitor 1: BenQ EX3210U.
Monitor 2: BenQ EW3270U.
I use monitor 1 as my main gaming monitor as it's just better for gaming.
Monitor 2 I use for streaming/movies/browsing.
Whenever I reboot or put my PC to sleep I...
So I spoke to tech support on Wednesday, advised what checks I had done to confirm the stick was faulty, a new set was dispatched on Thursday and arrived earlier today. I now have the full 32GB!
Huge thanks to Thomas in tech support for all his help on the phone and by email, thoroughly...
I'm using the slots that were used when I received the PC, slots 2 and 4 with the CPU on the left.
I've double checked in the manual and they are the correct ones.
OK so I tested and removed B2, booted fine. Removed A2 and replaced with B2, wouldn't boot, swapped back and booted fine again so it's the RAM originally in slot B2 which isn't registering. Do I need to request a replacement or is there other stuff I could try to get it working?
OK so I removed and reseated both RAM sticks in same slots (A2 & B2) both are RGB lit (https://gyazo.com/6ca6e1518533020c5f3d68eccf16d644). Ran mdsched and just get this screen for 10 minutes with no progress (https://gyazo.com/f666197c4674d9911926883fdd02a27f) then it reboots with no test...
I have had my new PC for about 3 months, in that time it has been running smoothly with no issues (apart from an earlier thread about audio but that was fixed with a different connection) I have just noticed in System Info (https://gyazo.com/d4d383522ef3c88b0a689aac0ac8ee70) and Task Manager...
I tried something I hadn't thought of before. I changed the display in game to Monitor 1 and back to 2, Monitor 2 is now playing in game audio. Seems a bit convoluted but I'll remember this for other games I play. Thanks for all your help SpyderTracks.
OK Monitor 2 is connected via HDMI.
These are my volume mixer settings. https://gyazo.com/0e16ce79b87a2e3e6ae1b64d4a85fb3e
GTA is still playing audio on Monitor 1.
