I know that it's possible to change parts without voiding my warranty as long as I don't break them, but what about installing them in a new case?

after receiving the pc in the post today i installed saints row 4. after playing for about 20-30 minutes, the computer instantly shuts itself down and after a couple seconds restarts itself. it shows a message on boot up saying this:
"Power supply surges detected during the previous power on...
earlier today the DPD track status said my parcel had made it to my local delivery depot, and will be delivered tomorrow. now it's gone back a few steps to "at sortation facility". this is in birmingham apparently. is this a bug on dpd's website? or have dpd screwed up? kinda confused right now...
my order reached "order dispatched" status today, but i haven't received an email with tracking info or invoice like the order tracking page says i should have. is there just a delay because it's been dispatched on a saturday and it's sunday tomorrow, or should i be more worried?
