okay I have windows installed on my C drive along with various programme files. but on my D drive i have all of my games etc if i do the reinstall windows option choosing not to keep my files, will it only wipe my C drive? or will it wipe my D drive as well

it is happening on all of my games. i have uninstalled and reinstalled graphics drivers, rolled back drivers, installed again. have just done the windows refresh (but keeping personal files) and issue still here
