I have managed to fix this just now.
After using the Fix, I ran wsreset within powershell admin, and then also when opening the Windows Store app, I signed out, and signed back in.
All working well, thanks!
Just receive my new PC from you guys today and can confirm it has no windows 10 store available.
This fix doesn't completely work for me. It installs the store, but you can "Get" or install any apps from the store.
I only wanted to use the windows calc.exe :(
