In the time I had it, I would be able to get a maximum of 4 hours of battery life using office mode and battery saver, doing tasks such as Word and Chrome.
Still writing my review, for now it is going well. I have done some Unity, and played some Dota 2 and Halo MCC, all of which ran well. The fans do however kick in which made their presents known to say the least. That being said, I know they can get even louder if you set the gaming settings on.

Absolutely. Many third-party adapters exist for USB-C to HDMI, and there are dongles that allow for more than just HDMI as a port. Searching 'USB-C to HDMI' for an adapter specifically, or 'USB-C' dongle will return many results, all of which will likely suit your needs.

I looked into it and it does seem a very new chassis. I am unable to find any written or video reviews from both PCS customers or any owners of the device from other sellers, so it seems to be quite a shot in the dark.
