Hello,
I've been looking at pre-built machines and I think it'll be easier if I order from PCS and have the specs I want/need..
However, I'm not exactly sure what I need: I'm looking to build a Gaming Desktop, that'll run games that are out now, and I'm setting myself a budget of £750/£800...
Hello,
Is anyone knowledgeable with AMD components etc? If so, and you have Skype/Twitter can you message me so we can talk? I have a few questions I'd like to ask.
Hello!
I seem to have what looks like a dead pixel on my laptop screen, a Laptop which I've only had 4/5 months (from here)
What could have caused it?
Will it get worse?
And can I fix it?
Cheers :)
If I remove the battery from my laptop, and use it (it's pretty much plugged in on charge all of the time) will it cause any problems?
Or will it effect/damage the laptop?
Hello,
I bought a laptop from PcSpecialist a month or so ago, and it has the Nvidia GeForce GT 645M, however here: http://gyazo.com/e3462262d401ac86e604fa0d40358757 it's saying my graphic card is the Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000..
Surely it should be Nvidia GeForce GT 645M?
Hello, yes it's me asking more question again. :tt2:
Anyway, I'm looking for a laptop fan, which I can sit my 17.3" Voyager II on, I'm only looking to spend about £20 (maybe a little more) and I'd like it to have adjustable fans/fans I can make slower/faster etc.
Anyone know of any? Or some...
So, I started up my laptop and I was welcomed with this message: http://gyazo.com/f2303326db17019c7f22c95325b5602e.png
I didn't think much, at first, I just thought it was a one-off, and it seemed like that as it didn't happen again for around a week, but it's happened again.
Anyone had this...
Hello,
So, I bought myself a laptop from pcspecialist, and I got it with a: NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 645M - 1GB DDR3 Video RAM - DirectX® 11
It was either that, or the standard Intel graphics card on the drop-down list - Does that mean my laptop will only support the GT 645M? Or can I upgrade to a...

Hello,
This build isn't for me, it's for my step-brother - He's looking to spend £500/£600 on a laptop, which he'll be using for: Gaming, editing, rendering mainly. Along with normal surfing the web stuff.
If you have any build, that'll do the job for that price, I'd be grateful to know!
Thanks!
Hello,
Over the next 3/4 weeks I plan on buying a monitor, for my new laptop (https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?23301-My-17-3-quot-Voyager-II)
I have a monitor, well small'ish TV hooked up to my current laptop, so I'm able to have 2 screens, and I'd rather get myself a...
Hello,
I've recently ordered a laptop from pcspecialist, and I was wondering what types of games it would run, and stuff.

Processor (CPU) Intel® Core™i7 Quad Core Mobile Processor i7-3630QM (2.40GHz) 6MB
Memory (RAM) 8GB...
Hello,
I'm looking to buy a desktop computer, for everyday use, along with gaming from it, however I'm only looking to spend maybe £500/£600.
I'll also have it hooked up to 2/3 monitors (not sure if that'll effect anything)
I'm not the most computer savy person, so I'm not sure what I should...
Hello,
