Hello! I seem to have what looks like a dead pixel on my laptop screen, a Laptop which I've only had 4/5 months (from here) What could have caused it? Will it get worse? And can I fix it? Cheers :)

Hello, I bought a laptop from PcSpecialist a month or so ago, and it has the Nvidia GeForce GT 645M, however here: http://gyazo.com/e3462262d401ac86e604fa0d40358757 it's saying my graphic card is the Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000.. Surely it should be Nvidia GeForce GT 645M?
