Just to chime back in, I performed all of the suggested solutions here and those by PCS specialist, which in a nutshell were: Blow out with air, update drivers, and re-install windows. Their last resort was replacing the keyboard, which I was willing to try.

In case anyone comes across this thread PCS responded to me and confirmed that 6-80-P6500-190-1 does fit in the P670 so i've ordered a genuine one from ebay.

That's where I've been searching, but non of them are OEM, or list the part number. The only one to list a part number, is the one for the 650.

I'm having trouble with the 'W' key on my laptop 'sticking'. It isn't physically sticking down, however after I release the key and it 'pops' back up, wwwwwwww continues to happen, or in game I will continue sprinting. It does feel warm to touch, but i think this is a combination of the hardware...
