I got a vortex laptop from here a couple of years ago. It's been brilliant so far, running every game I choose with no issues. New releases always run fine which is a pleasant surprise, top machine! Been really impressed with it.
However, I'm trying to play 'squad' on it at the moment...

Since I got my vortex laptop back from RMA with a new motherboard, the backlit keyboard hasn't worked. I've reinstalled the hotkey driver, and I can open the colour config software etc, but none of the lights work.
Anyone had similar issues? I'd rather not return the laptop again if...
