I uninstalled the default Windows Home and installed a fully licenced version of Windows 10 Pro. Thanks for the driver advice, trying it now.

Full clean install. I've realised that the vVidiaVGA_W10 driver file won't download from the driver list on PCSpecialist Could this be the issue?

Control centre, It's showing the keyboard settings and the colours I can turn the lights up and down but the backlight is still not working.

Received my laptop today, installed the operating system, installed the drivers, backlight on keyboard still not working! Any advice? I'm not sure whether the computer is even recognising that it's an RGB keyboard.
