4 GB is adequate, I've not pushed the number of browser tabs though. Windows Update is offering to install Windows 11 so the hardware meets the requirements. I presume that 11 S can be enabled as it represents a subset of 11.

Wi-Fi has been fine though I have not pushed it for range or throughput. The spec says 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.0 but it is actually 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.2.
