Currently im on an i7 9700, rtx 2080super, 16gb 2666 ram. Nothing major but it keeps me going. Wouldnt mind spending a bit of money getting a decent upgrade, and get much quieter fans versus what I have at the min which roars at me (only stock model PCS FrostFlow 100 RGB Series)

Ok so tried a few different things, installed all recommended apps and messed around with various fan speeds etc, and all my case fans, and CPU fans on full, and GPU fan on full. Playing Elder Scrolls again on 3480 x 2160 and still no change. I put in an image of temps there to show you guys...
