Thanks. I've just deleted a lot of barely used apps to take me down to around 50% usage. Still encountering the same issues. It was a fairly abrupt onset of the issues, with the SSD being at the previous capacity for quite a long time beforehand. Any other possibilities? Thanks

For the monitor, I'm looking at a 1920 x 1080p resolution and 60 hz refresh rate. I guess not worth the extra cost unless I'm getting a better monitor?
