That is a freesync monitor though? So would that mean i would need an AMD graphics card oppose to the 3060 ti? If so, which would you recommend?

I know its a lot to ask but could you suggest a monitor that the 3060 ti would be more suited to? Preferably one that is also 144hz and 1ms refresh rate.
