I might have missed something earlier in this thread, but are we presuming that this is a GPU problem? Couldn't they just send a replacement part out?

Sorry, yes, I understand that PCS can supply me whatever card is available. My question was regarding the performance/opinion of the card vs. the Gigabyte equivalent

As we know, the RTX 3070s which were being supplied were manufactured by Gigabyte. Popular opinion seemed to be that this was the card you would pick for best performance (if you had the option...) My replacement card has just arrived and is manufactured by EVGA. Is this a downgrade? Or...

Me too! NI perhaps are different, but we have experienced nothing but poor handling from them. Judging by the banana shaped PCs on here at the moment something must be going badly wrong! It takes seriously substandard handling to dent a PC when they come packaged as well as they do from PCS.

Just another thing I have noticed, there isn't enough room to have the two case fans both at the front. The inlet/outlet fittings on the rad are too close to the fan mounting area unfortunately. I guess this could be sorted at a later date by sourcing a couple of thinner fans in the unlikely...

I think you go into boot menu (F8) and actually select the USB drive in there
