Can you include the link please that is at the bottom as well please - this will save those giving advice a bit of time when re-speccing bits and pieces for you, rather than them having to start from scratch on the configurator.

One thing to note as well is that you probably missed it does actually say the branding on the configurator page. Further down the list are the performanace Asus cards but you will pay a lot more for those:
Its hard to give someone advice on the specs after they have bought it, not knowing what your budget was, what games you intend playing etc, what other uses you want the laptop for, whether you are buying for portability, etc
I’m assuming you have a similar build to me as I just spent a couple of days trying to do the same.
It’s as mentioned. You need to download the motherboard software ArmouryCrate. You will then be able to set the RGB for the fans attached to the AIO and the pump rgb.
Rear fan now fitted and linked to icue RGB hub. Couldn’t work out cables for the two radiator fans RGB to move them to icue hub as too tightly tidied up in there lol. So will have to control those two fans and the RGB on the cooler pump through the motherboard software Armoury Crate.
If you look at the detailed spec it says maximum supported is 32 RAM hence just those options.
It does not mention that it is touchscreen so the strong guess would be no its not - Im also not sure if PCS actually offer a touchscreen laptop - although I havent looked completely through the...
You need to return it to its original state when you bought it and test it then - lets hope you have not damaged it in anyway adding your own items.
Also you mentioned resetting the BIOS - you havent flashed it or anything have you and you have only reset it?
Have you run a program checking the temps at all inside? HWMonitor is a good one to use (free version).
Closing the door on that will not help with the temperatures at all as you are only leaving one open side for air to circulate and thats the rear which is usually the 'exhaust' fan.
