So I ended up ordering the spec below last night
Today I am tempted to amend my order to a 3070 or 3070ti for better 144Hz 1440p gaming.
And my power supply to 750W or 850W
Any thoughts/recommendations? (need to make amendment ASAP as it is currently in pre-production)
