While I understand that if you want utilise a higher fps, you need a monitor with equivalent refresh rate.
But let's say I'm playing a game with a max fps of 60 but I have a monitor that can do 144hz refresh.
Would that have adverse or beneficial effect on the game smooth visual flow?
So my Graphics Card, the 4GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1650 has 2 ports, a HDMI and a DVI port.
I currently have a HDMI connected to my AOC 23.8" 24B2XDAM - 1920 x 1080,4MS, D-Sub, DVI-D, HDMI monitor.
I know HDMI is better, but how much better than DVI?

I would like to say "Thank You" to PC Specialist for my PC, not only is it a massive improvement over my old laptop, but I'm playing my games that's at least ps4 equivalent with no noisy fan (My ps4pro can get quite load when playing games like Zero Dawn)
But not only that, its a lot faster...
So I've ordered a 50cm ARGB LED Strip which should be coming today and just to make sure I don't damage my new pc I want to make sure I'm installing this on the correct pins, from what I've read this needs to be a 5v connecter.

I've got a bit of a problem with my new pc, it keeps trying to install and update and then I get this message.
