So is this how you treat customers who have had to return items to be re tested?
received pc and all the hard drives are loose fans all disconnected and i mean all of them and there's the sides that hold in the hard drives flung in the case to lay there.

Right playing games is nice on the new rig, the only problem i've found is panning the camera from looking down to looking up in a slow motion makes the screen very jittery as if you shake the mouse when you look round in a game and also it makes a line of the game repeat for milliseconds but...
Received pc about 2 hours ago turnt it on and installed the PowerDVD Blu ray software and since i have done that i cant press the button to open the drive and the pc wont recognise that there is a drive either, the green light is also constantly on (solid light aswell no flickering)
