Managed to get these scores without any overclocking, only tuning using Throttlestop and GeForce Experience Auto Tuning): This is on the 15" Defiance with RTX 3070 (105W) and Intel 10870H.

Nice. I ran 3DMark Time Spy - 9700 graphics and 8700 CPU score. GPU on full stock, CPU with -80 mV undervolt.

Only thing I would suggest is save 400 quid and go with the 3070 Max Q, the difference is not nearly enough to warrant that price jump, and you can probably overclock the 3070 slightly to match the 3080 performance.
