My laptop is running fine, pc specialist had a look today after taking control but they didn't know why the control centre is causing the crash that's why I posted here to see if anyone had any similar issues or fixes.

It was the live chat on the microsoft support page that I contacted

It was stuck on the boot screen with an error saying corrupted windows files.

Yesterday when I said my windows was corrupted I contacted them as I my laptop wouldn't boot up, so I used my old laptop to download the update provided by Microsoft technical support and was talked step by step on how to install it,

I downloaded the update from the Microsoft support guy who took me through it step by step, I had to install it in my primary drive then remove the flash drive after the 5 steps where complete.

The new updated control centre on the downloads section of my account, after downloading and installing it the laptop starts turning off and on and you can't stop it.
