Certainly agree that its not worth any money or even effort buyt I can't help myself when something should seemingly work but doesn't I start to hyperfocus on either making it work or at least figuring out why
Yup tried that, same thing happens when the monitor is used alone it goes into power saver after the bios screen. I initially thought the monitor was a dud until i stumbled upon the work around of connecting the wire to my primary first.
Fresh install of windows done, screen was working after and continued to work after several restarts. Then this morning it was back to square one, monitor goes to power saver mode, the computer sees that its there and displays its stats but it still wont come out of power saver mode.
Thanks for the advice folks, The os that came was a full version and paid for. Tweaks were made over phone with technician prior to sending finished comp

Windows came installed from PCSpecialist and all updates are installed
Gpu drivers are all up to date
and definetly using correct ports
EDIT: There was an OS installed properly prior to the comp being sent as I made a couple changes over the phone with one of their technicians (os and wifi card added)

Swapped the i7 for Ryzen 7 5800x
swapped 2060 for a Radeon RX 6700 xt
swapped 2tb ssd for 2tb m.2 ssd
