    PCSPECIALIST cd drive wont open and doesnt appear in file manager

    Hi all Just setting up my new pc with arrived today and when i went to install office i found that the cd/dvd drive wont open. It also doesnt show up as a drive in file manager. Any thoughts on where I should start - ive always used laptops so am clueless with a desktop. Thanks in advance
