I tried calling them when you replied to my post above earlier today but I waited quite a while and there was no answer so I messaged them through my account on their website (not this forum but their main website under the Tech Support section) so just waiting to hear back from them.
Just came across this thread and I've been having major bluetooth connectivity issues as well and I've got this same build.
I've wasted bloody hours with this bluetooth issue in the past 3-4 months and never even knew there was meant to be an antennae included!

Recently purchased a mini PC from here (spec below) and the top of it gets extremely hot to touch.
Is this to be expected/normal?
I generally leave machines and devices on 24/7 pretty much in our office.
