Hi, my pc is like 3 years old or so and today when i went to start it up it turned on for a few seconds as normal , then the power cut out. It stayed off for a few seconds than started up again on its own. It wont send any signal to the monitor whatsoever and the keyboard led lights dont turn on...

sorry for the total noobness, but my pc arrived today, and i remember reading something about having to download drivers or something, is this necessary and if so , where do i download them from, any help much appreciated cheers
