£300 for upgrade, what to do?

Hey i currently have

FX-4170 @4.2gz
2gb GTX 650 ti
8gb of ram
stock 450w psu
1tb sata drive

and have £300 to upgrade

I was thinking buying a gtx 760 twinfrozr oc and Corsair TX650 V2 650w psu, can i have some opinions on what to upgrade please.

A reference GTX 760 will be fine without the need to upgrade your PSU.

PCS configurator allows you to add a GTX 760 with a similar spec to the OP without any warnings.

Hey thanks for the replys, sorry for the late response. With the 760 twin frozr oc being £220 would you recommend pushing the budget to around £320 and getting the 770? or would i then have to upgrade the psu

You will need to upgrade your PSU and there could be some bottleneck from your CPU.
