1 long beep followed by 3 short beeps on start up..no signal on monitor

When the PC boots up all lights, fans and keyboard lights work.
However no signal to the monitor.
I've tried the monitor with another pc and it works fine..
Can anyone help?

I've searched other forums and have removed the ram and put it back in which seemed to cure others' problems but not on this pc.

It has a red light flashing on the 512 GB SSD which must denote some issue but i'm not tech savvy

point of note, you say you’re not computer savvy so go to a forum expecting help, they ask for 2 things which they need before continuing to enable them to start troubleshooting, you fail to give both and still expect help.

Im afraid that’s just not how things work.
