The processor will be working quite hard for basic tasks, so fans will be running quite hard all the time.

That being said, it may be worth contacting PCS to ask if there are any BIOS updates that address fan profiles.

Temperatures look fine from that report.

What a silly thing to say. You don't need a faster CPU than the N4200 for quiet operation when doing basic Web browsing.

If it's a low-end CPU, it should just perform slowly, not heat up and cause a racket.

I work with dozens of various modern, low-end Windows 10 Dell, HP, Acer etc. laptops with Celeron/Pentium CPUs and whilst they're slow, they're much quieter.
