My girlfriends Cosmos II has an issue with the lvds cable and I wanted to do the repair myself however I'm having a hard time locating the necessary cable anywhere online.

Can Pcspecialist provide such a cable for a fee or are there any recommendations you guys have on where I can buy one.

I'd call PCS and ask, it's possible they may have some spare or can at least give you a clevo supply contact to get one.
