Hi!

I recently purchased the 15.6" defiance laptop and I just wanted opinions on my spec, and if you would change anything given around the same budget.
I'm on 12th working day of pre-production (*sigh*) so can probably still amend the order if needs be, but I'm pretty happy with it I think.
I will be using this primarily for gaming.

Thanks. :)

Looks good, I would probably go with the killer wireless card
Yeah? But the KILLER wireless card is only 802.11N - not 802.11AC?
Granted I won't be using it on an AC router yet, but I thought it would be a bit more future-proof than the Killer card.
Does the Killer card have a much better range, and signal quality?

Thanks!

I really doubt you will notice a difference now or in a few years going with N rather than AC, your gpu and CPU will be outdated before the wireless. There are a few negative reviews regarding Intel wireless cards so I personally stay away from them

Thanks a lot for your input - you've convinced me to go for the Killer wireless card instead, after reading a a few opinions from users on other forums as well.
I've amended my order already - it was only an extra 19 euro. :turned:
