15.6" Optimus II SATA Version

Heya,

I have a 15.6" Optimus II (W150HRM).

1. Are the two available SATA ports (hard drive bay and optical bay) SATA II or SATA III?
2. Does the optical bay have lesser capability (e.g. max read/write speeds) than the hard drive bay, bearing in mind a dual-disk setup?

Ideally I'm planning to keep my Momentus XT in the hard drive bay and fit a standard SSD (< 3 GbPS) boot-disk in the optical bay, however I'd still like to know the exact specifications of my board with Clevo not offering too much on their website (even took the W150HRM off their records).
