17.3 Optimus VI advice please.

I am a bit of a newbie configuring laptops, can I have a SSD drive, a 1TB hard drive and a DVD drive and if so how do I configure it so I don't get an incompatibility message. Many thanks.

1st hard drive - 1tb hard drive, leave the 2nd hard drive as none and choose the SSD as mSATA.
