It would be awesome if you could make a 17" version of the 15,6" Defiance XS.
Why? The 15,6" version is a powerful and very portable laptop, but the 15,6" screen is just too small to fully enjoy a lot of games. For example playing csgo on this device is smooth, but everything is just a little too small.
Changes I would like to see:
- better cpu cooling (no point in having an amazing graphics card if the cpu is bottlenecking the performance!)
- 8th-gen Coffee Lake CPU
- better atenna for a better wifi signal. (I notice that the laptop sometimes isn't able to get a (good) wifi signal, while my smartphone or another laptop (i.e. macbook) can from the same distance)
- bigger battery (70Wh or more) (maybe make extra space for battery by removing regular hard drive option and just allow M.2 SSDs)
- 1x Thunderbolt 3
- 1x HDMI 2.0
- usb 3.1 Gen 2
- for a 17 inch laptop a 3K resolution would be nice. (But ofcourse the 120Hz has to stay!)
- better speakers so we can enjoy a nice full sound when we don't use headphones
- smaller bessels (especiall top and sides) bordering the display. (A less bulky laptop to carry is always good)
- keyboard to the front. It puts you in a more comfortable position if the keyboard isn't right below the display. You also avoid feeling the heat of the cpu/gpu. I would put the touchpad where the numberpad is currently located (like the razer blade pro)
