Just a couple of changes I would make. Change the HDD to a Caviar Black, its much faster - 750GB minimum. And change the PSU to a Corsair as they are much more reliable and efficient. I'm assuming you already have a 3D monitor?

Are you using a multi monitor setup if not you can drop the 3GB GTX580 to the 1.5GB version.

If you are not planning to sli then consider a 650-750w psu which should cover you fine for breathing room.

As fear said, if your not planning to use more than 1 monitor for gaming then consider the 1.5gb 580 which should cover you fine with a single monitor or two.
