7970M Won't work with MW3

Before it worked. I was even streaming live the game on High settings max resolution with 90 FPS. I stopped playing it for a few months, and now went back on it, and no matter what settings I get 30 fps. I can tell that it's using the onboard Intel graphics. When I look into Switchable graphics mw3 is set on unknown power mode. Everytime I set it on high performance (7970M mode) and hit apply it saves, THEN when I load the game and alt tab, it has changed back to unknown power mode. I manually added the path to the game even, still nothing.

I think you have to go into the ATI Caytlist Control Centre and tell it to fun that game in high performance mode in the profiles or something. Sorry i cant be more help than that. I saw someone with the same problem today on another form. If i see it i'll copy the link.

You could download fraps for free, just to observe ya frames per second, if you dont already,

but I think, when you alt tab out, it changes back the intel gpu, so that may be causing the issue.

I tested it with Bandicam, of course I used an fps counter to check my fps... Wouldn't randomly make up numbers to what fps I'm getting lol.
Also no, it doesn't change when I alt tab for other games CS:GO stays on High Performance along with every other game.

Which check out that forum, thank you for linking me.

Did you update your drivers recently?

No, I've asked around so many times if there are official drivers for the 7970M (Vortex3 clevo) and no response. Are there new drivers I should use?

Also, I think my temps just went up today. When gaming I reach 70C. It used to be 60-66.
