A few problems!

Hello! I got a new computer from here about late November for my birthday/Christmas present. It ahs a few problems with it that are not major but can be annoying.

Sometimes when I turn my computer on I get a blank red screen and I need to turn it off and on again for about 3 or 4 times. Another problem is that I can open something but then it doesn't show on my screen. It will just show on the bar below. I can see it loaded when I go over it, but it doesn't come up. Anyway I can fix this?

it might be easiest if you give the guys in the call centre a ring, the number is in my sig.

You don't say what spec you have but im guessing faulty GPU, which will need a call to the callcentre to arrange an RMA anyway. Best give them a ring.
