With that CPU and graphics card, I think the water cooling is completely over the top, get rid of it and up the processor or graphics card if you can.

The i5-760 will run any modern game flawlessly with its turbo boost technology, you would gain more from a better graphics card.

It's back to the AMD vs Intel thing and I think we all agree that AMD give "better bang for buck" so with a limited budget you might want to take a look at the AMD CPUs rather than Intel. I also think you have wasted money on the Case & CPU Cooler in your original quote.
