Not sure about the age, but technically anyone can sign for it (I think!)...just make sure whoever does ticks it "Unchecked" so you dont agree Yodel hasnt damaged it...or summit
Our contract with the courier states that all deliveries must be signed for. Also, delivery is only allowed to the stated address. This is the only way to ensure the correct person gets the goods.
As other membes have stated, there is no reason why you sister would be unable to accept your delivery.

As DED says. Also tell your sis to give the box a once over and if there's any damage to the box to write it down on the signature 'thingy' when she signs.
